We take the security of your information seriously. Here's how this Site is protected, and what we do — and don't — collect.
This Site is served entirely over HTTPS, so all traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit.
We do not currently process or store any credit/debit card information on this website. Orders placed through checkout are confirmed and paid for directly with our team via WhatsApp or in person, so no card details ever pass through or are stored by this Site. When an online payment option is introduced, it will run through a licensed, PCI-compliant Trinidad and Tobago payment processor rather than being handled or stored by us directly.
Order and product information is stored using Google Firebase, with access restricted to authorized O.D'S Ltd. staff and protected by account-level security rules that prevent public access to order records.
Browsing and shopping on this Site does not require creating an account or a password, which limits the personal information at risk in the first place.
