We want you to be happy with what you buy from O.D'S Ltd. Here's how returns and exchanges work.
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of collection or delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (your receipt or order confirmation).
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order details, or bring the item in person to #841 Eastern Main Road, Sangre Grande. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange next steps.
Approved refunds are issued using the same method payment was made — for cash/in-store payments, this means a cash or store credit refund at our location. As online payment options are introduced, refunds for those orders will be returned to the original payment method.
Because printing and document jobs are made to order, they generally cannot be returned once completed. If there's a defect or error on our part, let us know right away and we'll make it right.
