This policy explains what information O.D'S Ltd. collects through this Site, how it's used, and how it's protected.
When you place an order through checkout, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery preference, order notes, and the items/quantities in your cart. We don't require you to create an account or log in to browse or shop.
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Submitting the checkout form records your order with us and opens a WhatsApp message pre-filled with your order details, which you send to confirm. Once that message is sent, it's handled under WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy terms as part of that conversation.
Order and product data is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a secure cloud database. Access is restricted to authorized O.D'S Ltd. staff.
Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser (using "local storage") so it's remembered between visits — it is not tracked or shared, and it stays on your device until you clear it or complete checkout.
Product search on this Site is powered by Algolia, which indexes our product catalog to make search fast — it does not receive your personal or order information. Hosting is provided by Google Firebase.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
